Will – Technician
Will is newer to the PurePro team, but he’s already found his groove. His favorite task is washing interior windows, and when he’s off the clock, you’ll find him mountain biking through Michigan’s trails. Spring is his favorite season because everything starts coming back to life after a long winter. If he could have any pet, he’d choose a golden retriever. In his words, “Dogs are awesome and that’s why everybody has them.” He also loves being close to Lake Michigan and experiencing all four seasons.
Payton – Technician
Payton gets a kick out of seeing homeowners light up when their windows and siding are freshly cleaned. He believes kindness goes a long way, and it shows in his work. Outside of PurePro, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and being outdoors. Fall is his favorite season thanks to football, cooler weather, and apple picking. His dream pet is a capybara, simply because “they’re awesome.” What he loves most about West Michigan is the strong sense of community.
Tim – Field Manager
Tim’s favorite part of the job is checking out with a satisfied client. He wants homeowners to know that purified water dries spot-free, which is why PurePro uses it for window cleaning. When he’s not working, you’ll find him playing pickleball. He’s a big fan of fall and everything that comes with it. If he could have any pet, he’d choose a monkey because “they are sweet.” What makes West Michigan special to Tim is the people.
Caleb – Technician
Caleb loves the camaraderie at PurePro and the people he works with. He wants homeowners to know that rainwater doesn’t leave spots on windows. In his spare time, he enjoys board and card games. Fall is his favorite season, especially because he gets to tackle gutter cleaning. His ideal pet would be a corgi because “they are so cute.” And while many dread the cold, Caleb actually loves the winters in West Michigan.
Nick – Operations Manager
Nick enjoys the dynamic mix of seasonal and full-time team members, especially during the busy summer months. He wants homeowners to understand that pure water doesn’t leave spots. It’s the dust that settles before the rain that causes streaks. Every Friday night is family night at Nick’s house, where his daughter gets to stay up late for games, movies, or fireside “s’mops” (her version of s’mores). His favorite season is Christmas light season because of the joy it brings. If he could have any pet, he’d pick a husky. What Nick loves most about West Michigan is the variety of seasons and the anticipation each one brings.
Hayden – Crew Lead
Hayden loves seeing the dramatic before-and-after results of a good cleaning. He wants homeowners to know that PurePro will protect their plants during service. In his free time, he plays soccer, basketball, and volleyball. Fall is his favorite season because of football and the perfect weather. He’d stick with having a dog as a pet, appreciating their affectionate nature and low maintenance. Hayden enjoys being close to the lake and all the activities West Michigan has to offer.
