Terms and Conditions

By approving this estimate, you agree to the following:

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. We accept cash, check, credit card (3% convenience fee applies) or ACH (1% convenience fee applies).

Changes to services, quantities, or schedule may result in additional charges with client approval. Services not listed in this estimate will be billed separately.

Standard window cleaning does not include removal of paint, debris, caulk, or hard water/mineral staining unless specified. Restoration services are additional.

Appointment times are arrival windows. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $100 fee.

Client agrees property is water-tight and windows are closed and locked prior to service. We are not responsible for water intrusion due to pre-existing conditions.

Unpaid invoices accrue 10% APR after the due date.

Client authorizes property access to perform services and grants permission for use of project photos for marketing. By requesting services, client consents to receive service-related and promotional communications via email or text.
